Mark Lane

Hey there, my name is Mark Lane and I am the founder and owner of Lane Investments, LLC. I’m proud to share that I was born and raised in the DSM area and I graduated from Lincoln High School (don’t ask me what year). Shortly after the Great Recession, I decided to dive head first into the real estate business. I love what I do and I haven’t looked back since.  What other business gives you the opportunity to help families all day – and hang out with your own while you do it? My Step Daughter, Tiana, works closely with our clients to ensure the process is timely, smooth, and hassle-free. You are what’s most important to us. We strive to over-deliver with each and every client we work with. Our job is to make your life easier, which is why we bake in the flexibility to offer you *multiple* solutions when buying and selling property.

Tiana King

Hey guys, I’m Tiana and I serve as the Marketing Coordinator, Transaction Coordinator, and Property Manager here at Lane Investments. I was raised right here in Des Moines and graduated from Iowa State University in the spring of 2020 (with a degree in Apparel Merchandising & Design if you can believe it). I still have a passion for fashion, but after I went back to work in the family business two summers ago, I never looked back. 

You’ll probably find yourself talking with me when you call to book an appointment when I track down your abstract or even schedule your closing! Helping communicate to solve any and all problems that you’re currently facing with the selling process is my absolute passion (yes, even more than fashion). 

I love spending time in my new house, with her boyfriend, my friends, and my dog Walter. I can’t wait to hear what *you’re* all about!
